The Search Thematic Advertising Experiences team, within Sponsored Products, is seeking a Software Development Engineer to build scalable, high-performance systems that power natural language understanding, personalization, and other ML-driven capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to architect and build the services and infrastructure behind new ads experiences that elevate the shopping experience for our hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. As a Software Development Engineer, you will partner with other talented engineers and scientists to design, build, test, and deploy production systems that serve machine learning models at scale. You will be responsible for translating business and scientific requirements into robust, maintainable software solutions, building APIs and data pipelines, and instrumenting systems to measure how shoppers and advertisers are responding to changes.
