About The Position

We deliver technology-powered flexible warehousing infrastructure to the world’s largest Enterprise companies, creating unprecedented agility and flexibility in their supply chains. Our cloud-based software platform connects to 1300+ warehouse operators across North America, making the process of sourcing, operating and scaling logistics services fast and efficient. As a Software Engineer, you will join a product development team and partner with other software engineers who are passionate about solving real-world problems. Here at Flexe, we promote developer autonomy and empower engineering teams to own a piece of the customer experience. Our goal is to build innovative, world-class technology that will disrupt the supply chain industry. This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA. Team members are expected to work in-office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with remote work on Monday and Friday.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial Software Development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with building systems using Service Oriented Architecture or Microservice design patterns.
  • Experience with designing reliable cloud-based systems at scale.
  • A history of team-oriented development and a drive to continuously learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, Scala, and Kotlin.
  • Experience in one or more of the following modern languages: Java, Golang, C#, Python, etc.
