About the Role The Customer Success Engineering team is dedicated to providing a seamless support experience for Remitly customers worldwide. We empower our global operations teams to ensure customers get the help they need, whenever they need it. As a member of this team, you will be directly responsible for enhancing both the customer and agent experience, ensuring frictionless access to support. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will focus on driving innovation and expanding our new, next-generation Customer Success platform by architecting new workflows and launching entirely new, high-impact capabilities. You will build rich, intuitive user experiences that empower our agents and customers alike, while capitalizing on unique opportunities to integrate Agentic AI for inbound contact handling and back-office automation. This is a high-visibility role, perfect for someone passionate about making a significant impact, eager to take on ownership, and driven to learn.
