About The Position

The Tech Deploy System Integration team builds software for our internal customers, utilizing new innovative technologies and ML. Our goal is to reduce cognitive load on deployment teams while simplifying the advanced technology commissioning process. We are looking for results-oriented, data-driven, innovative Software Development Engineers passionate about creating comprehensive customer engagement services and solutions. You will work with technologies such as GraphQL, Java, Spring, and AWS to build innovative customer experience solutions. As part of this team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers to drive technology improvements, design and develop new customer-facing products and interfaces, and build and track metrics for high-quality results. Your solutions will aim to anticipate and resolve customer questions, providing an excellent customer service experience. Requirements

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice To Haves

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience with CI/CD using industry standard tools
Experience with AWS technologies such as Cognito, CDK, Cloudfront, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway
Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
Experience with React Typescript, Java
Experience building scalable, distributed, front-end experiences
Experience building reusable UX components or libraries, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications
Experience in working with scalable, reliable and high-performing web services/ APIs

Responsibilities

Build scalable software product to solve business problems
End-to-end project delivery including design, coding, testing and release

Daily scrum
Weekly team meetings and tech discussions
Biweekly sprint planning
Oncall rotations
Occasional team social, org events, lab visits, and site visits.
