Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Evolve a scalable multi-agent AI application that powers ad placements on Amazon and across premium publisher environments such as NYTimes, seen by billions of customers daily
  • Design and improve evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and automated guardrails to elevate agent output quality
  • Extend platform capabilities to support diverse rendering environments, ad formats, and distribution channels
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Applied Scientists, and Business intelligence Engineers to gather requirements and analyze the experiments
  • Design and develop brand-tailored creative experiences that empower advertisers to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns at scale
