About The Position
We are hiring a Software Development Engineer focused on operational excellence. This role will drive automation of manual workflows, improve system reliability, and build robust CI/CD and testing pipelines. As a Software Development Engineer (Automation & Operational Excellence) you will be responsible for automating manual processes and operational workflows, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developing integration and end-to-end testing frameworks, improving system reliability, observability, and deployment processes, collaborating across teams to streamline engineering operations, and identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Experience with integration testing and automation frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance developer productivity
