About The Position
Our team at TCG is looking for a Software Development Engineer, Associate to join our application development team. As a Software Engineer, you will plan, design, develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or software engineering.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software data structures and programming methodology, computer architecture and operating systems.
- 0-2 years of demonstrated experience programming in C#, C++ and Java.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and proficient with MS Office suite of tools.
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Security clearance
Responsibilities
- Assist the software development team to design, develop, code, test, document, and debug new software or complex enhancements to existing software.
- Work with technical staff to understand and develop resolutions to software problems.
- Assist with resolving customer issues and suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
- Assist with the development of software user manuals.
- Interface with hardware development teams as needed.
