About The Position

Position is for a Software Developer (internal title: Technical Lead) responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level software applications for corporate clients. Duties include, but are not limited to: Design and implement data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) customer data from multiple internal and external platforms; Ensure real-time synchronization and smooth data movement between systems, including CRM, ERP, and marketing platform; Develop and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to maintain a Golden Record for each customer; Standardize and clean customer data to ensure consistency, eliminate duplicates, and enforce data governance policies; Implement automated data tracking, validation, and enrichment processes for accurate, up-to-date customer data; Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with business applications and provide actionable insights; Develop reports and dashboards for monitoring data quality, trends, and performance metrics; and provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of data management platforms using Agile development methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of experience
• Experience as a Lead Software Engineer is acceptable
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 5 years of experience
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof
