Requirements

Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
Minimum of 10 years experience
Experience working in a training environment or supporting one
Experience developing and maintaining Joomla-based websites and web applications.
Experience developing Web-Based Training (WBTs), online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, and PDF technologies.
Experience using Dreamweaver, HTML, and CSS to develop and maintain web content and applications.
Experience developing multimedia and interactive content using Adobe Captivate and After Effects.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant course development.
Experience with JavaScript or other modern web development frameworks.
Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements and usability best practices.
Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly training solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain websites, web applications, and e-learning solutions using Joomla, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Develop and support Web-Based Training (WBTs), online learning courses, and interactive training content for mission and enterprise customers.
Create and integrate multimedia content using Adobe Captivate, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, and PDF technologies.
Customize and enhance Joomla-based sites to improve functionality, user experience, accessibility, and performance.
Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into engaging digital learning products.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain web and training applications to ensure reliability, usability, and compliance with customer standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, design standards, and best practices for web and e-learning solutions.
