Rudler, PSC is seeking a motivated and technology-driven Software Development Intern or Junior Software Developer to join our growing team. This role will support internal automation initiatives, technology improvements, and day-to-day technical support while gaining hands-on experience in a professional services environment. Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Internship, coursework, personal projects, certifications, or prior experience demonstrating technical aptitude
- Strong interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently when needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, JavaScript, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, APIs, SQL, or similar tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing, testing, and maintaining internal automation solutions
- Help identify opportunities to improve firm processes through technology
- Support the firm's use of AI tools and participate in evaluating emerging technologies
- Provide technical support to team members on hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Assist with user setup, permissions management, equipment deployment, and software access
- Document processes, procedures, and automation workflows
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand technology needs and business challenges
- Support technology projects focused on firm operations, productivity, and client service
- Research and stay current on new software, automation platforms, and AI developments
