About The Position
You will join the automation team in automating compliance controls and processes and building towards near real-time compliance monitoring. The role involves building a compliance automation platform/tool to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization. You will take ownership and participate in all aspects of software development activities, introduce new insights that may improve current reporting tools, and continuously improve and maintain SharePoints, Wiki, and other portals. You will also define and implement the goals of the team, delivering solutions that balance the needs of the business and the maintainability of software, and engage in fast prototyping of ideas and concepts and researching the industry's latest trends. The position requires more backend development with some experience on the front end.
