We are seeking a Software Developer to join our cross-functional team and deliver solutions for our client.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in software development with SharePoint or HTML or CSS or JavaScript
• Knowledge of database technologies to include Microsoft SQL Server and ability to integrate in the SharePoint and/or Power Platform environment
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An active TS/SCI clearance is required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SharePoint development and customization.
• Experience with frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Experience with Agile and/or Scrum development methodologies
• Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with feature managers to design and implement responsive and visually appealing layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the SharePoint platform.
• Ensure UI is optimized for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for a seamless user experience.
• Integrate visual elements based on UI/UX designs and wireframes, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
• Develop dynamic application features using the Vue3 framework and potentially integrate with Tableau for data visualization.
• Consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs to fetch and display data efficiently, ensuring seamless integration with the application's front end.
• Optimize front-end performance by implementing best practices in coding, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring quick load times and responsiveness.
• Conduct thorough testing of the user interface to identify and fix bugs, ensuring a high-quality and error-free user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
• Document development processes, coding standards, and UI/UX guidelines for knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members on new features and functionalities.
• Work collaboratively with back-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders for cohesive and efficient development.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
