Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required.
  • 1-2 years experience/knowledge with each of the following: web-based applications, SQL server, C #.
  • Strong logic skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Well-developed problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies rapidly.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other team members.
  • Ability to consistently meet established project deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to or experience with ReactJS
  • Working knowledge of REST API design and consumption

Responsibilities

  • Adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
  • Coding, debugging, documenting, deploying and maintaining new software programs in a highly efficient and effective manner.
  • Maintaining and modifying existing applications.
  • Fixing defects found in testing.
  • May work with and modify packaged applications.
  • May build and/or use components.
  • Participating in problem analysis and system design as requested.
  • In the absence of an application architect or on projects that are less complex, gathering customer requirements and specifying functionality.
  • Participating in the cost and time estimation process of projects.
