Requirements
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking and innovation, including design experimentation and storyboarding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very strong English skills
- Experience in database design and data normalization
- Comfort working with .NET technologies and modern web languages
- Experience with container technologies
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and adding value through new ideas
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal and customer-facing applications and system integrations
- Own solution architecture with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Apply validation, quality assurance, and security design throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure solutions follow modern development best practices and sustainability standards
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Co-create elegant, user-centered designs aligned with business needs and available technologies
- Clearly communicate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay current with modern development languages, frameworks, platforms, and industry trends
- Apply new knowledge to improve solution quality, innovation, and delivery efficiency
- Identify and recommend improvements to development processes, tools, and standards
- Mentor and guide junior developers in both technical and professional growth
- Delegate work thoughtfully to support team development and project timelines
- Recommend training, learning resources, and educational opportunities for the team
