About The Position

The Software Developer (internal title: Technical Lead) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level software applications for corporate clients. This role involves creating and managing data pipelines for ETL processes, ensuring real-time data synchronization, developing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, standardizing and cleaning customer data, and implementing automated data tracking and enrichment processes. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions, develop reports and dashboards, and provide ongoing support and optimization of data management platforms using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of experience as a Lead Software Engineer.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 5 years of experience.
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
• Working knowledge and utilization of Talend, Apache NiFi, Informatica MDM, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Kafka, MQ, SQL, Python, Java, Apache Camel, Apache Ignite, Spark, and Hive.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) customer data from multiple internal and external platforms.
• Ensure real-time synchronization and smooth data movement between systems, including CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms.
• Develop and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to maintain a Golden Record for each customer.
• Standardize and clean customer data to ensure consistency, eliminate duplicates, and enforce data governance policies.
• Implement automated data tracking, validation, and enrichment processes for accurate, up-to-date customer data.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with business applications and provide actionable insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards for monitoring data quality, trends, and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of data management platforms using Agile development methodologies.
