About The Position

The Purpose of Your Role as a Software Developer You'll develop software solutions that help connect and improve how work gets done across Industrialized Construction. This position focuses on building practical tools that support estimating, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and project operations. Working closely with operational teams, you'll turn real business challenges into scalable software solutions that improve visibility, reduce manual effort, and create more efficient workflows across the organization. What You'll Be Part Of You'll work at the intersection of technology and operations, helping build systems that support the entire Industrialized Construction ecosystem. Design and develop internal applications that support manufacturing operations, product configuration, estimating, and supply chain visibility Build integrations, APIs, and automated workflows that improve data flow between business systems and reduce manual processes Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted platforms, to accelerate development while maintaining quality, scalability, and maintainability Serve as a key interface between: IC Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams Harris Technology (BAIT) as the technical standards authority and approval body for integrations touching enterprise systems, data pipelines, and the Harris technology ecosystem Business Intelligence and Data teams This position operates within a unique environment where you'll work closely with Industrialized Construction leadership while collaborating with Harris Technology to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and long-term technology strategy.

Requirements

  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree required in computer science or a related technology major
  • Experience developing web applications, APIs, and system integrations
  • Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and user-centered design
  • Experience working with Azure cloud technologies and modern development tools
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical software solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop internal applications that support manufacturing operations, product configuration, estimating, and supply chain visibility
  • Build integrations, APIs, and automated workflows that improve data flow between business systems and reduce manual processes
  • Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted platforms, to accelerate development while maintaining quality, scalability, and maintainability
  • Serve as a key interface between IC Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, Harris Technology (BAIT), and Business Intelligence and Data teams
