This role will work across departments to build and maintain scalable solutions that improve workflows, data integration, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in software development, system integration, and application architecture, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Mendix development
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages
- Experience with API development and integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with database design and management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Adaptable and solutions-driven mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare systems (EMR, billing, or practice management)
- Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment practices
- Understanding of data security and compliance standards (HIPAA preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Mendix
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and enhance applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience
- Build and maintain API integrations with internal and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system and application issues
- Participate in testing, deployment, and release management processes
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational standards
- Document application architecture, workflows, and development processes
- Support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
