About The Position

Decision Technologies seeks a qualified Software Developer to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Software Developer position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering modular web application features across the full stack, from the database to the front-end user interface, using a structured architecture. MUST HAVE an active Secret security clearance.

Requirements

Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
Experience with the .NET web stack, including asynchronous backend processing and modern web rendering.
Experience with relational databases and data management.
Proven experience with AI integration and prompt engineering.
Competency with MS Office.
Active Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Experience migrating or refactoring legacy platforms into isolated, vertical-slice models.
Experience designing programmatic workflows, automated client communications, multi-tiered status models, or email tracking backlogs.
Strong background in software architecture and design patterns.
Experience developing and maintaining production-level applications.
Experience creating tabular data layouts, dashboard metrics, or operational views for complex organizational structures.
Navy experience in radar or Navy legacy systems.
