About The Position

Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Demonstrated experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles.
- Ability to operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues and defects efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance/suitability determination, as required by the contract.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), CompTIA Security+).
- Experience developing within cloud environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience contributing to deliverables and performance metrics on a federal contract.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Works closely with team members to understand project requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Adheres to Agile methodologies and principles for software development.
- Reviews design, code, and test of software to ensure quality and functionality of applications.
- Ensures software meets all requirements of quality, security, extensibility, etc.
- Resolves technical issues and defects promptly and efficiently.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation that accurately represents software design and code.
