Engineers in Zagreb, Osijek, and remote locations collaborate closely with German teams on innovative development projects. With over 220 employees and growing, the Croatian team is crucial in shaping cutting-edge technologies. This position is for a Software Developer within one of the agile VEOS teams. VEOS is a simulation platform vital for validating automotive ECU software, especially for complex applications like driver assistance systems and autonomous driving. It allows for early-stage and highly scalable simulation of diverse models, which need to be modeled and configured both automatically in continuous build environments and via graphical user interfaces. The role involves joining a SAFe-organized Agile Release Train, contributing to an international and decentralized team.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or engineering, or other comparable technical and scientific training
• Very good knowledge of software development in a higher programming language, ideally experience in .Net, C# (Java)
• Customer orientation, strong communication skills and good teamwork skills
• Strong analytical, systematic and independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of English

Nice To Haves

• Automotive standards such as AUTOSAR or FMI
• Collaboration in agile teams
• Experience with UI/UX design and development, creating mockups, realization with web technologies based on TypeScript and React

Responsibilities

• Conception, design, implementation and testing of high-quality software, including collaboration on quality assurance measures for the VEOS product
• Design and implementation of user interfaces (API and GUI)
• Application of current technologies and development environments, including Microsoft® Azure® DevOps, Microsoft Visual Studio®, Git, C#, Python, REST, TypeScript
