About The Position

We are seeking a Software Developer (C# / .NET / SQL) to join our team, with a strong emphasis on SQL development and data-driven application work. This role is ideal for someone who has built a solid foundation in backend development and is ready to take on more ownership in designing and delivering solutions. You will work on building, enhancing, and optimizing applications where SQL plays a key role in performance and functionality.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in software development
Strong working knowledge of: C# .NET
Strong working knowledge of: SQL (joins, subqueries, performance basics)
Experience working with data-driven or backend-heavy applications
Understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization fundamentals
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with a team
Strong communication skills, with some exposure to client or stakeholder interaction

Nice To Haves

Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular, etc.) is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend solutions using C# and .NET
Write, optimize , and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures
Analyze and improve database performance (indexing, query tuning, execution plans)
Work with datasets to support reporting, integrations, and business logic
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues
Contribute to system design and continuous improvement of development practices
