Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Skilled in Joomla, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and the Adobe Creative Suite

Nice To Haves

Using Web-based collaboration and document management platforms; task management tools that provide browser-based access for team document libraries, calendars, task lists, alert, and schedules such as SharePoint or other similar software products.
Working with Sponsor cloud technology networks and systems.
Creating motion graphic products.
Working with specialists to build training products.
General photography.
Video production or experience in a video production support role.
UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

Working in a training environment.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Using Joomla site design and site administration.
Developing WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions.
Solving complex application development problems.
Providing advice and recommendations on product design.
Incorporating considerations into media design plans such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy.
Designing, building, and maintaining websites.
Graphic design including animation and 3D animation.
Creating print products such as posters, books, and presentation materials.
Using the following authoring and scripting languages: Joomla, CSS, and HTML.
Using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, photography and audio recording, editing and distribution.
Using JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking system.
Working with: Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects, or other similar software products.
Working with: Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Working with: JavaScript (JS).
Working with: HTML5.
