About The Position
Armison Tech is seeking an experienced Software Developer (Systems Software) to support data analytic application development efforts. The role involves extensive experience with code development and documentation throughout the product development cycle, including application design, user interface development, output summary reports, code optimization, testing, and meeting accreditation requirements. The position is located in Chantilly, VA, in an on-site client environment, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Experience with code development and documentation.
- Experience in application design.
- Experience developing user interface and output summary reports.
- Experience with code optimization.
- Experience with testing.
- Experience meeting accreditation requirements.

- Demonstrated experience developing custom database scripts, queries, and graphical interfaces.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying production ready data pipelines incorporating SQL and NoSQL backends.
- Experience using cloud resources such as AWS or Azure.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with source control software such as Git or GitHub.
- Experience using issue management software such as Jira, and collaboration/documentation software such as Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience with the deployment of infrastructure and configurations.
Responsibilities
- Support smart exploitation of data through the deployment of new data architectures and pipelines.
- Participate in the development of machine learning, data mining, and statistical or graph-based algorithms designed to fuse and analyze massive data sets.
- Design architectures for platforms that enable the collection, analysis, and visualization of multiple points of geospatial and relational data.
- Serve as a lead in capturing and aligning data from multiple components and sources.
- Leverage relational and graph databases to address the project's requirements.
