This role serves as a technical expert within the development team, providing hands‑on coding, architectural guidance, and mentorship to junior developers. The Senior Java Developer collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners—including product owners, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams—to deliver robust solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include leading the development of new features and enhancements, optimizing system performance, ensuring code quality through reviews and testing, and contributing to architectural decisions. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Java, Spring ecosystem, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software development methodologies. Strong problem‑solving skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- 12+ years of related experience
- MBI (T2) security clearance
- Application Development

- Deep knowledge of Java, Spring ecosystem, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software development methodologies.
