Requirements

Proficiency in Python.
Proficiency in .NET.
Intermediate or advanced knowledge in AI.
Experience or familiarity with LLMs.
Knowledge in MCP.
Knowledge in RAG.
Experience with Harnesses or validation, testing, and execution frameworks for AI solutions.
Good vision of architecture, integration, quality, and scalability.
Experience with APIs, microservices, and integrations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud.
Knowledge in vector databases and embeddings.
Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps.
Interest in innovation, experimentation, and new technologies.
Vision of security, governance, and responsible use of AI.

Responsibilities

Build AI solutions using Python, .NET, and modern technologies.
Participate in the creation of solutions with LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI Harnesses.
Develop proofs of concept, experiments, and scalable solutions.
Support other teams in adopting AI within the Localiza Labs ecosystem.
Create components, accelerators, and best practices to facilitate AI usage in the company.
Work with innovation, experimentation, and continuous evolution of intelligent solutions.
Help transform ideas into products, services, and tools with AI.
