About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Software Developer SME located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC and is a Hybrid Role. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment. Full Visibility is seeking a Software Developer SME with a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience working with AWS Cloud Base Solutions, C#, Java and Python to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, testing, and management of enterprise applications and IT infrastructure initiatives. Will be the hands-on technical leader with experience delivering complex software solutions, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with architects and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems involving large-scale data processing, advanced analytics, automation, and application modernization efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Ten (10) years of professional experience working with AWS Cloud Base Solutions, C#, Java and Python.
• Experience with the programmatic integration of third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks.
• Experience with technical project milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and development best practices knowledge transfer.
• Strong experience with the design, development, testing, and management of application development projects that support enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies and Agile development practices.
• Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.

• Current SAFe Software Engineer (ASE) Certification is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for all solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Provide technical lead of development staff, along with peer level interaction with project managers and architects.
• Support the design, development, testing, and management of enterprise applications and IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Be the hands-on technical leader with experience delivering complex software solutions, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with architects and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work on mission-critical systems involving large-scale data processing, advanced analytics, automation, and application modernization efforts.
