About The Position

This role requires the translation of technical system specifications into functional, tested applications. Responsibilities include developing detailed programming specifications, writing and generating code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting unit tests. The position also involves resolving and troubleshooting technical problems that arise during software operation, including providing technical assistance during implementation, conversion, and migration phases.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration).
  • Experience with Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Working knowledge with Dataverse design and development.
  • Working knowledge of development in Azure technologies.
  • Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps, task boards, pipelines, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
  • Experience with custom. Web API development, ASP.NET. .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.
  • Proficiency in all cloud service models: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies including using kanban/task boards.
  • Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Service (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration), power platform, power apps (Model-Driven App, Power Pages, Canvas App), Custom PCF controls, development and Server-Side templating language Liquid.
  • Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to; reports, reviews, assessments.
  • Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.

  • Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business.
  • Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE.
  • Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to be able to oversee the quality assurance of the project from technical perspective.
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are preferred.
