About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Software Developer (.Net/C#) to work in Quantico, VA to support our Federal customer in a Hybrid Role. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment. The Software Engineer (.Net/C#) will design, develop, and support Windows-based applications using modern .NET and C# technologies while contributing to software projects supporting large production environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop scalable, maintainable solutions, integrate applications with backend systems, and ensure efficient data management. Experience working within structured software development environments, implementing modern design patterns, and contributing to collaborative code management workflows is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or 6+ years of equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience developing Windows applications using C# and .NET Framework 4.0 or later.
  • Experience supporting software development projects in production environments.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio 2012 or later.
  • Experience using distributed version control systems, including Git and Mercurial.
  • Familiarity with package management and repository-based development workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions.
  • Ability to develop applications that efficiently read from and write to relational databases.
  • Experience integrating internal and external software components into enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, application architecture, and software design best practices.
  • Experience implementing the MVVM design pattern or similar architectural patterns in production environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.
