About The Position

This role involves developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Python, with a strong focus on cloud architecture and microservices. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying solutions on AWS and Azure, leveraging advanced Python scripting for automation and CI/CD pipelines. Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases is also required. The contractor must provide their own equipment, but access to a virtual desktop will be provided.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
15+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Python enterprise application development
6+ years of strong experience with AWS and Azure architecture and services
6+ years of advanced Python scripting and automation experience
6+ years of deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native design
6+ years of expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
6+ years of strong SQL and NoSQL experience

6+ years of prior experience working with emerging technologies and driving new perspectives and capabilities
6+ years of experience in robust development practices, ensuring low-defect products and clearly articulating design and implementation details
6+ years of solid testing and validation skills, including experience with simulated data
