Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to interpret detailed project specifications and business requirements to develop program logic and code.
  • Demonstrates basic understanding of Project Management and SDLC processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks within the project and work with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Process and detail oriented with the ability to grasp complex business workflows and processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • C#, .Net MVC, Angular, AWS/Azure cloud experience a plus
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, generative AI, machine learning, or large language models.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools—such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools—or working with AI services and APIs, such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML services, or OpenAI APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Provides accurate estimates for assigned unit of development.
  • Demonstrates ability to resolve routine programming issues.
  • Documents own code and produces technical design documentation with guidance from senior members.
  • Develops small to medium-size applications.
  • Performs application testing to assure delivery meets the user’s requirements.
  • Assists project managers in conducting fact-findings, which will result in the formulation and definition of the system scope and objectives for developing or modifying information software applications.
  • Follows and adheres of internal policies and procedures (standards, controls and metrics).
  • Basic understanding of coding best practices
