Requirements

Makes moderately complex decisions regarding routine issues.
Capable of solving problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Applies knowledge to improve existing procedures, services, programs, or technologies.
BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and testing code.

Responsibilities

Write/modify code and debug software for HdL proprietary software programs based on working knowledge of program architecture and experience gained from the design and development process.
Use source debuggers and visual development environments.
Test and document software for client applications; deploy and maintain software solutions.
Design and develop software user interfaces.
Enhance and improve existing reporting tools, features, and customized reports for internal or client use.
Construct database queries and writes Crystal Reports.
Applies intermediate design, coding, debugging, and testing skills to deliver a working set of program modules.
Understands networks and network protocols.
Develops code using .Net C#, Visual Basic, RDBMS/SQL, MVC, AngularJS.
Knowledge of GIS, APIs and working knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server.
