  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred. In lieu of a degree, candidates with equivalent experience gained through prior work, internships, a coding program or substantial project work, demonstrating a working knowledge of C# and .NET development, will be considered.

  • Write, test and maintain production code in C# and .NET, with guidance and code review from senior engineers.
  • Build and update features across SQL Server, front-end pages and ADG’s content platform.
  • Take part in code reviews, learning from feedback on your own work and offering thoughtful feedback to teammates.
  • Join system design discussions and learn the reasoning behind the team’s architecture decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues, and document what you learn so the whole team benefits.
  • Work with designers, video producers, and project managers to bring client experiences to life.
  • Participate in internal training, team projects, and peer mentorship to grow your skills.
