About The Position

The Search Team is responsible for building features that empower a user’s home search journey. Our team develops on the Home Details Page and the Search map, the two highest traffic pages for Redfin.com. Our full-stack team builds highly visible consumer facing UI as well as robust data ingestion pipelines and data services. By joining our team, you’ll have a chance to work on features that get seen by millions of users and work on multiple critical platforms and services. You are a developer who thinks like an end user, who knows that 90% done is only half done, and who can build rock-solid code that will withstand millions of users hammering on it. You are passionate about inventing and automating tasks that are currently performed by humans. Requirements

1 or more years of experience developing full-stack, customer-facing applications.
Experience developing with React.
Experience being part of a team developing large scale apps backed by relational databases.
Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Postgres.
Curious and a life-long learner.
Willing to take risks and champion new ideas.
Excited to grow technical and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities
