About The Position

The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously expanding data pipelines through extraction, transformation, and loading activities. This role requires translating technical system specifications into functional, tested applications, including developing detailed programming specifications, writing and generating code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting unit tests. The developer will also resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during software operation, providing technical assistance for implementation, conversion, and migration. Additionally, the role involves supporting CSC SharePoint and Power Tool version releases, infrastructure solutions, sustainment activities, urgent priorities, changing needs, or time-sensitive SharePoint infrastructure upgrades for any CSC platforms overseen by the Cluster.

Requirements

• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
• Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
• Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools

• Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
• Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages

Responsibilities
