About The Position
This role is for a developer who wants to build things that actually change how a business runs, not just ship features into a backlog. You'll be learning the internal processes firsthand, then deciding where automation, integrations, or AI tools can cut out the busywork. It's a small, fast-moving environment where you own your projects start to finish.
Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript and/or Python
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative in a less corporate, fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Learn business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Build internal tools, workflows, and API integrations
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline operations
- Develop solutions for data collection, reporting, and lead enrichment
- Support Salesforce-related projects and process improvements
- Own projects from idea through implementation
