About The Position

The Software Developer 2 role focuses on data governance, integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise information management. The position requires strong experience with Informatica governance tools and Informatica Cloud, along with knowledge of cloud data platforms, data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage. The successful candidate will contribute to data-focused projects, manage deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively with stakeholders across organizational levels.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Informatica Data Governance tools such as Axon, EDC, or IDQ.
• At least 2 years of experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• At least 5 years of experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
• At least 3 years of understanding of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.
• At least 3 years of expertise in data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage.
• At least 5 years of knowledge of enterprise information management processes and methodologies, relational database management systems, and metadata management.
• At least 2 years of experience working in fast-paced and changing environments, delivering projects on deadline, exercising sound judgment in critical decisions, analyzing complex information, and developing plans to address identified issues.
• At least 2 years of interpersonal skills, including working with people under pressure, negotiating among multiple parties, resolving conflicts, and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with personnel at various levels.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning personally identifiable information (PII) relevant to data management and data governance.
• At least 2 years of experience in data-focused projects, such as migrating from legacy systems to newer systems.
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in data processing, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
