About The Position

You’ll be developing and supporting a variety of different applications that interface with internal business clients, member cooperative staff, transportation personnel, or farmers. Whether it’s supporting our customer portal that generates billions of dollars in revenue for our system, developing new features within one of our mobile apps, driving business insights to BI visualization tools or custom dashboard applications, or assisting in bringing new projects from concept to reality, our expectation is that you’ll drive the delivery of these developments to production. In conjunction with business analysts, project managers, and technical leads, you’ll interact with our business stakeholders and end users to help correct current issues, improve existing workflows, or scope out new developments for the future. You will learn how our business operates, determine where we can gain efficiencies, and communicate with the business as a member of a team supporting their operations. Requirements

  • Self-motivated, technically agile, strong communication skills
  • Experience with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, CodeBuild, S3)
  • Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript
  • Experience with VueJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, or a similar front-end JavaScript library
  • Experience with REST API standards
  • Experience with SQL and databases such as MS SQL Server, Postgres, or similar relational database
  • Experience using Visual Studio Code
  • Experience with Git and Github
  • Experience with AWS (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, RDS)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS/EKS)
  • Python and/or JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript
  • Databases such as MS SQL Server, Postgres, or similar relational databases
  • Strong Experience in SQL, complex query design (CTEs, window functions, set-based logic) as well as schema design, normalization, and indexing/performance-tuning

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow desired
