Requirements

  • Clearance Required: Secret
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in software project management, data analysis, and technical oversight
  • Proven success managing complex software development projects and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in software development tools, project tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow), and data analytics platforms
  • Strong skills in risk management, performance metrics, and compliance monitoring
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
  • Agile/Scrum certification or training
  • Experience managing enterprise-level software projects or SaaS platforms
  • Background in Department of Defense projects is a plus
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for software development and integration initiatives from planning and execution to delivery and support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with Agile, Scrum, or other software development and test methodologies.
  • Utilize integrated software tools and relational databases to support efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Apply best practices in software testing, risk management, and performance analytics to optimize project outcomes.
  • Identify potential project risks and performance deficiencies; develop and implement mitigation strategies based on data-centric assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate across development teams, operations analysts, application administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members in project management techniques, including prioritization cross projects and risk analysis.
  • Represent the project team in retrospective reviews, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional planning sessions.
