Requirements

Clearance Required: Secret
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical field
5+ years of experience in software project management, data analysis, and technical oversight
Proven success managing complex software development projects and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in software development tools, project tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow), and data analytics platforms
Strong skills in risk management, performance metrics, and compliance monitoring
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Nice To Haves

PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
Agile/Scrum certification or training
Experience managing enterprise-level software projects or SaaS platforms
Background in Department of Defense projects is a plus
Experience designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for software development and integration initiatives from planning and execution to delivery and support.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with Agile, Scrum, or other software development and test methodologies.
Utilize integrated software tools and relational databases to support efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Apply best practices in software testing, risk management, and performance analytics to optimize project outcomes.
Identify potential project risks and performance deficiencies; develop and implement mitigation strategies based on data-centric assessments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate across development teams, operations analysts, application administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Mentor junior team members in project management techniques, including prioritization cross projects and risk analysis.
Represent the project team in retrospective reviews, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional planning sessions.
