Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with 0 years of work experience; or
  • An educational or workforce development program (e.g., Associate’s, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification) with 1 year of work experience; or
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of work experience.
  • Qualifying education and work experience should be in Computer Networking, Computer Science or Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Networking concepts, OS fundamentals, Embedded Development, and/or ML
  • Up-to-date on programming and scripting languages: C/C++, Python, Java
  • Hands on QA, Testing, and/or Debugging skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written skills)
  • Experience with Databases, Web Application Development, and Web Services

Responsibilities

  • Drive solution delivery improvements through automation, testing and standard methodology implementation to optimize deployments, accelerate customer value-realization and improve overall service reliability.
  • Get along with professional services delivery, Product Management and BU teams to integrate automation in our offers to improve quality and customer experience.
  • Collaborate in entrepreneurial initiatives to define and improve new delivery methodologies in accordance with DevOps and SRE models.
