Position Overview The Software Business Development Manager will play an essential role in accelerating our company’s growth. This individual will be responsible for executing strategic business development plans to generate a robust, qualified pipeline. This role requires a confident, high-performing business development professional who is skilled at building relationships and closing deals with C-level decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a top SaaS business development or sales leader in the SaaS industry required.
  • Proven track record of success selling to C-level executives, with demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to connect with decision-makers across phone, email, and in-person settings.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic business development campaigns and engagement initiatives to drive business opportunities and propel sales growth.
  • Building an executable outbound strategy, embedded with measurable goals and ongoing process improvements.
  • Representing the company at key industry conferences and events and engaging C-suite decision-makers.
  • Engaging with prospective clients in meaningful discovery conversations to understand their business challenges as they relate to StaffDNA's technology solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate StaffDNA’s technology, highlighting key differentiators and value while negotiating contracts and partnership agreements to secure new business.
  • Analyzing industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
