In this role, you will: Act as subject matter expert leading a team of software automation test engineers, Evaluate software and system performance to identify and potential issues, Lead other test engineers in conducting forensic analysis of operational CNE collection capabilities and associated support systems, Collaborate with development teams to rectify potential issues before releasing products into production, Generate development scripts to execute documented test cases, verify software functionality, and report results without manual human intervention. The primary work location for the role will be in the Washington Metro Area during the first year, after which the position will transition to Huntsville, Alabama—providing the candidate with an exciting opportunity to experience two vibrant regions and broaden professional horizons.

Requirements

  • 5 years of work experience in relevant software testing systems, and prior experience leading development teams in a computer security-oriented environment (focused on the Apple iOS, Google Android, and variant operating systems
  • Demonstrated programming proficiency, experience in developing and executing test plans, and developing and maintaining testing scripts
  • Proficient in using advance cybersecurity industry-standard techniques to conduct forensic analysis
  • BS Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security (INFOSEC), Computer Security, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or other closely related degree from an accredited college or university
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile and desktop operating systems
  • Experience in forensic analysis
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration due to security clearance requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Software development experience including design, implementation, testing, analysis and debugging supporting CNO/CNE.
  • Demonstrated experience performing Software Configuration Management
  • Demonstrated experience writing unit test when developing new software and fixing bugs
