About The Position

This role focuses on developing and maintaining software solutions and data analytics tools to support business needs. The position involves creating dashboards and reports, analyzing data to identify trends, automating business processes, and collaborating with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions. There is also an emphasis on exploring and implementing emerging technologies like AI and advanced analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
0-3 years of professional experience, internship experience, or equivalent project experience.
Experience developing solutions using Python.
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
Understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and visualization concepts.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience developing web applications using React.
Experience implementing AI-powered or agentic AI solutions.
Familiarity with REST APIs and application integration.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with Power Platform technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Experience working with enterprise databases and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and process improvement opportunities.
Create meaningful metrics, KPIs, and data models that support business decision-making.
Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that address business needs.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
Debug and troubleshoot applications, scripts, APIs, and data pipelines.
Develop integrations between systems using APIs and other available technologies.
Automate repetitive business processes and workflows.
Partner with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Evaluate business problems and recommend practical solutions within existing company platforms and technology standards.
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and user support.
Document technical processes, business requirements, and system functionality.
Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business processes.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across analytics and software platforms.
