About The Position

Bestgate Engineering is seeking Software and CNO Engineers to join their team. These engineers play a vital role in delivering mission-critical solutions for government customers and the military. Software Developers are responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining software applications that meet user needs, working with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and enhance existing products. CNO Engineers focus on network exploitation and defense, identifying and mitigating security risks by finding vulnerabilities in software, hardware, and networks. Some work may offer a hybrid component depending on the team and mission.

Requirements

TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance required at the time of applying.

Responsibilities

Designing, coding, and maintaining software applications that meet user needs.
Working with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and continuously enhance existing products.
Focusing on network exploitation and defense.
Identifying and mitigating security risks by finding vulnerabilities in software, hardware, and networks.
Managing and maintaining customers' IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of systems and networks.
Handling system configurations, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Supporting day-to-day operations and safeguarding customers' technical environments.
Ensuring smooth interaction between various system components and troubleshooting technical issues.
Responsible for the architecture, design, and integration of complex systems.
