This 6-month Software Sales Acceleration Program is designed to fast-track high-potential talent with 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales into the Software Account Management (SAM) organization. This is a temporary program role that includes full benefits. Top performers will advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR) role, while exceptional performers may be considered for a Sr Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) placement. Participants who do not meet performance expectations will conclude their involvement at the end of the program. This role offers a clear pathway into Software Account Management.
