About The Position

The Grinnell College Softball team is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to serve as a team manager for the 2026/2027 season and beyond. This role offers a great opportunity for students who love sports and want to be involved in a college sports team. The team manager will assist the coaching staff and team with their daily operations, including bullpen catching. The position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and the capacity to work independently. While all students are welcome, first and second-year students are particularly encouraged to apply. Previous playing experience is not necessary, but basic softball skills like catching and throwing are required.
