About The Position

Frozen Ropes is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Softball Coaches & Instructors to join our coaching staff beginning this Fall. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves the game and wants to make a positive impact on young athletes. The position combines travel team coaching, private instruction, clinics, camps, and year-round softball programming. We're looking for coaches who bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for player development while creating a positive and challenging environment for athletes.

Requirements

Played softball through at least the high school level
Strong understanding of softball fundamentals
Passion for teaching and developing young athletes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism

Nice To Haves

Collegiate or other advanced playing experience
Previous softball coaching or instructional experience
Travel softball coaching experience
Experience working with players of various ages and skill levels
Softball pitching experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor Frozen Ropes travel softball teams
Provide private and small-group softball instruction
Lead clinics, camps, practices, and player development programs
Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, baserunning, game strategy, and overall softball fundamentals
Help players improve their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game
Create a positive, structured, and engaging training environment
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches
Represent the Frozen Ropes culture and commitment to player development
