About The Position
This role involves coaching a softball team. All required paperwork and certifications must be completed prior to the start of coaching. Specific forms and identification are required for in-person completion at the Human Resource office.
Requirements
- Coaching certification
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Concussion online class completion
- Rules and regulation completion
- National BCI
- W-4 completion
- I-9 completion (requires in-person verification with specific identification documents like a valid passport, or both a driver's license and social security card, or a driver's license and birth certificate)
- Bring the contingent form of employment form to get the BCI done.
