Centennial Peaks Hospital, located in Louisville, CO, has been providing psychiatric services to the Denver-metro area for over 30 years. It is a 104-bed facility offering a peaceful setting for treatment of mental illness, including chemical dependency, with unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults. The hospital provides Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization Programs, and inpatient services. Social Workers at Centennial Peaks provide clinical social work services across five units (general adult mental health, adolescent, two intensive treatment units, and a detox/dual diagnosis unit). They practice from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, working with patients and their support systems to ensure success during and after hospitalization.
