Requirements
- A Bachelor of Social Work or a Master of Social Work
- A registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Bilingual language skills in English and French are a MUST have
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 2 years of community experience is an asset
- Passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
Responsibilities
- Ability to travel within the Hawkesbury community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
