About The Position
A great health center located just outside of Moses Lake, Washington is seeking a full-time, permanent Social Worker to join their team! The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding patient access to behavioral health services through brief, solution-focused interventions and by facilitating both internal and external referrals for specialized behavioral health care. Offer consultative support and guidance to medical providers and staff as a member of the Integrated Behavioral Health team.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work
- License to provide behavioral health interventions/counseling
- LMHCA License required
